What we collect
When you visit your private storefront page, we record the page view (with a hashed IP address) for fraud prevention. When you purchase, we collect your email and payment details — payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
What we store
Your business name, original website URL, and the redesigned versions we built. After purchase: your contact email, chosen tier, billing history (via Stripe), and any content edits you request via email.
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery). No advertising networks. No data sold.
How long we keep it
As long as you remain a customer, plus 7 years after cancellation for tax and legal record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion of non-mandatory records by emailing hello@tomekgroup.com.
