Terms of Service

The service

We host a website for your business on a domain you provide (or one we register on your behalf), with a number of email-based content edits per month based on your chosen tier.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are non-refundable past the first 14 days; monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay live until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time. After your final billing period, the site is taken offline. We retain the source code for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Content & ownership

You own the text, photos, and other content you submit or that appears on the site. We own the design templates and code we develop. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content as needed to deliver the service. You confirm that any content you provide is yours to share or that you have the rights to use it.

Domains

Where we register a domain on your behalf, the registration is in your name and remains yours. We charge the registration cost plus a $5 markup. You can transfer the domain to any other registrar at any time.

Acceptable use

We won’t host content that’s illegal, infringing, or designed to deceive. We may suspend service if we discover such use and refund any unused portion.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the most recent twelve months.
